The Baja California coastal corridor is facing a historic opportunity for the development of the hotel industry.
In the Tijuana–Rosarito–Ensenada coastal corridor, with more than 100 kilometers of coastline, there are currently approximately 2,904 hotel rooms available, while in the corresponding stretch to the north, between San Diego and Oceanside, there are more than 8,000 rooms.
This disparity represents a massive investment opportunity for developers, hotel operators, and real estate funds interested in participating in the region’s tourism growth.
